What's On For Kids?

Sunday Mornings

There is a lot of fun and activity to be had on Sundays. We offer a nursery for ages 6 weeks to 18 months and children’s programming for ages 18 months to 6th grade. Children ages three and up spend 15 minutes worshiping in the Big Room with their families before heading off to their age-specific classes. In their classes, they spend time singing, making craft projects, memorizing scripture, as well as reading and studying the Bible using the Gospel Project curriculum.

Wednesday Nights

Our Wednesday night program is for children ages three years through 6th grade. It is a great time for kids to connect with each other and grow spiritually. We meet from 6:15 pm to 7:45 pm on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Wednesday nights of the month. Three different classes are offered: Mission Friends, Girls’ Club, and Royal Ambassadors.

During the summer months we are doing a special Summer Party Spree! Join us for these fun kids’ events!

Mission Friends

3 years to Kindergarten – Our preschoolers and kindergarteners learn about missions right here at home and all around the world. They work together to take part in a mission project each December.

Girls’ Club

1st through 6th Grade Girls – The girls have a lot of fun learning a variety of creative and recreational skills. They also study the Bible, learn about mission work, pray for each other and participate in a mission project each December.

Royal Ambassadors

1st through 6th Grade Boys – The boys have a great time learning a variety of useful skills and participating in outdoor recreation. As with the other Wednesday night classes, the boys study the Bible, learn about mission work, pray together and take part in a mission project each December.

Creative Arts Camp

This is an extra special event that happens in the 3rd week in June every other year. 1st through 6th graders spend five days with us going through a pre-selected portion of scripture, and learning how to portray it creatively. This is a time for kids to come together, learn, have fun, grow in confidence and express themselves in fulfilling and creative ways. Classes are offered in music, dance, art, drama, sign language, and hospitality. The highlight of the week is the Creative Arts Camp Worship Service that takes place the following Sunday night.
